Shop Tips - DIY Inspection Cam
I had a need to peek inside the tiers of Angle Madness tonight when marking out the cuts for the top panel. In this short video, I'll show you 3 different DIY inspection cam ideas that you can likely use with things you already have. The first time I used one of these ideas was to dig into a long wall cavity to locate some wiring; worked very well!

if you have the iphone 5s, you have a 2.2 aperature which means you have a better low light exposure than most slr camera lenses. if you have it on camera mode you'll get a more wide angle shot but better low light compared to having it on the video mode. :)
ReplyDeleteAh, good to know. Mine's a 5. I didn't check the difference in low-light performance between the photo and video mode. I only noticed that it seems to re-focus faster in video mode, which is handy, too.
